By accessing or using Turn Zero's AI playtesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Turn Zero provides AI-powered playtesting and analysis services for tabletop game designers. Our service analyzes game rulesets using simulated player personas to identify balance issues, pacing problems, and potential rules conflicts. The service includes a free Sanity Check tier as well as paid modular reports. Each report is purchased individually and may include AI archetype analysis, strategic heatmaps, probability distributions, and other modular analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:
You retain ownership of the game rulesets and related content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant Turn Zero a limited license to process and analyze that content solely for providing our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and process your game content.
Turn Zero offers one-time report purchases. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or auto-renewals. Reports are purchased individually at the following price points:

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Since reports are generated on demand, refunds are provided at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue with a report, please contact us to request a re-run or refund.

Turn Zero's AI playtesting services provide insights based on simulated gameplay. Results are not guaranteed and should not replace human playtesting. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our analysis. Game design is complex, and AI analysis represents one tool among many.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the report or service that gave rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice and opportunity to export your data before account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You retain 100% ownership of all game designs, rulesets, mechanics, artwork, and other content you upload to Turn Zero. Turn Zero claims no ownership over your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant Turn Zero only a limited, temporary license to process and analyze your content for the sole purpose of delivering your requested report.
All analysis reports, balance analytics, heatmaps, probability distributions, and other deliverables generated for your project belong exclusively to you. Turn Zero claims no ownership over any report data delivered to your account.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Turn Zero's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Before initiating arbitration, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except as otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver. You and Turn Zero agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding. You and Turn Zero waive any right to participate in a class action, whether as a class representative or class member.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
